FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -

I-95 has reopened after a crash shut down the interstate's southbound lanes in Fort Lauderdale.

The crash happened about 5:10 p.m. Monday evening at Oakland Park Boulevard.

The Florida Highway Patrol said a vehicle hit a pole. Troopers feared the pole could fall on either side of the expressway.

No injuries were immediately reported.
