ORLANDO, Fla. -

Jack Sparrow, the loveable pirate played by Johnny Depp in Disney's hit film "Pirates of the Caribbean," is getting his own attraction at the Orlando theme park.

The film was inspired by the staple ride at Magic Kingdom that was updated after the films' success to include the famed character.  And now, he is getting an attraction all his own.

According to the "Mickey Monitor Annual Passholder" newsletter, "The Legend of Captain Jack Sparrow" will open this summer at Disney's Hollywood Studios.  But very little has been revealed.

The newsletter states that the attraction will "be a first-of-its-kind sensory experience in which Guests will have the chance to be enveloped by the world of the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' as seen in the four feature films."

Stay tuned.
