Jen's Mom Moment: Brace yourself

My oldest daughter had her first dentist appointment today. An appointment that I had to miss because I was working.

My husband bravely took her to the dentist and brought my non-stop 2-year-old along. He sent me a picture of her in the examination chair. So brave. She was looking at the camera like “what’s the big deal?” 

Turns out her teeth look great… but… and here’s a big but… doc says she’s going to need braces! Her bite is off.

Really? At four they can tell?

I guess in addition to the Florida Prepaid fund we need to start a braces fund too!
