This is the conversation I had with my daughter this morning over breakfast.

4-year-old: “Mommy, do you have to go to work today?”

Me: “Yes.”

4-year-old: “Mommy, if I have another birthday and I get to make a wish, I’m going to wish that you never have to work again!”

Dagger to my heart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
