More junk mail is about to flow into your mailboxes. The United States Postal Service has green-lighted a deal that will give them up to a 45% discount on junk mail for the next three years. Local 10 tech expert Craig Agranoff tells us the free app is called PaperKarma. The application is free to download. To use, simply take a picture of your junk mail and send it using the app. It's an easy process and has received great reviews. Check out the smartphone app for yourself.
