MIAMI -

The jury is still out for a South Florida imam charged with providing financial support to the Pakistani Taliban terror group.

Thursday marks the third day of deliberations for the 12-person jury in the case of 77-year-old Hafiz Khan. Jurors have asked two basic questions about the law but otherwise have not indicated which way they are leaning.

Khan is charged with providing some $50,000 to the Pakistani Taliban between 2008 and 2010. He faces 15 years in prison if convicted on each of four counts.

Khan testified that the money was for family, charity and a religious school or madrassa he owns in Pakistan. Khan is imam at a downtown Miami mosque.

Two of Khan's sons were previously cleared of all charges.
