Keys Gate Charter School teacher Andre Martinez was arrested Monday after he was accused of having sex with two former students under the age of 18.
Police said the incidents happened from 2010 through 2012.
Martinez faces two counts of unlawful sexual activity with certain minors.
The investigation is still ongoing, and Homestead police are asking for other victims to contact them at 305-224-5436.
