Lois Frankel said her opponent, Adam Hasner, called her and conceded late Tuesday.

The two were running for the District 22 seat in the U.S. House of Representatives.

"Let the bickering end, and I stand ready to serve both the people who supported me and the people who voted for another candidate, and I'm going to go to Washington, I'm going to roll up my sleeves, I'm going to reach out my hand and I'm going to work with any person, anybody, who wants to move this country forward," said Frankel in West Palm Beach.
