HOLLYWOOD, Fla. -

One spin of the slot machine made a person an instant millionaire at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.

The casino reports the lucky guest won a $1.8 million jackpot on the Wheel of Fortune Spinning $5 slot machine last Friday night at the casino in Hollywood.

The guest, who asked to remain anonymous, won the largest jackpot ever at the Hard Rock.

“We are thrilled to announce the award of our largest slots jackpot to date,” said Phil Madow, president of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood. “This month’s big win and last month’s $800,000 payout illustrate that dreams can come true at your favorite place to play.”

So far this year, the Hard Rock said it has awarded $129.8 million to gamblers.

The casino boasts that it features 2,500 slots ranging from one cent to $1,000 dollars. Machine types include: Double Diamond, Triple Diamond, Wheel of Fortune, Life of Luxury, Cleopatra, Blazin’ Sevens, Red White & Blue, Sex & The City, Bombay, Stinkin’ Rich and Top Dollar.
