MIAMI – Police arrested a man accused of robbing and raping two women at gunpoint.
Terrance Mingo, 25, is charged with two counts of armed sexual battery and two counts of armed robbery.

Two women were walking near Northwest 1st Court between 14th and 15th Streets about 12:40 a.m. Feb. 24 when Mingo approached them with a handgun, police say.
