CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. -

The Broward County Grand Jury indicted a man on premeditated murder and armed kidnapping charges.

Gustavo Adolfo Enamorado Dubon, 22, of Honduras, was indicted Thursday.

Dubon is accused of killing Francisco Cuevas, who was reported missing in Nov. 2007.

Cuevas' remains were found inside a box in Palm Beach Gardens in April 2008.

Dubon is currently being held at Broward County Jail.
