Miami Fire Rescue used a crane to lower a man who fell 12 feet at a construction site on Tuesday afternoon.
It happened at NE 22nd Street and 4th Avenue.
The 45-year-old was on top of a construction boom about eight stories high when he fell. It's unclear if he was wearing a safety harness.
The man was taken to a nearby hospital after suffering head injuries. His condition was not immediately released.
