Meningitis diagnosis reported at school

The Broward County Health Department says someone at a Miramar elementary school has been diagnosed with bacterial meningitis.
The school board of Fairway Elementary School reported the case on Wednesday.
The department doesn't release identifying information about individual cases.
Symptoms of meningococcal meningitis include nausea, vomiting, increased sensitivity to light, and confusion.
