West Dixie Highway was closed in both directions at 148th Street in North Miami Friday after a crash involving a Miami-Dade metro bus, a van and another car. 

Air Rescue responded to the scene, landing in a nearby field, to rush two patients to Jackson Memorial Hospital. One other person injured in the crash was taken by ambulance to Memorial Regional Hospital. 

The streets remained closed during the morning rush hour as police investigated.
