Top chefs and instructors from Miami Culinary Institute are joining forces for this weekend's Miami Fine Chocolate and Food Show.
The festival runs Saturday, March 9th; and Sunday March, 10th from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Tickets for the event are $35 in advance, and $40 at the door, and $10 for children.
Chef Allen Susser joined Neki Mohan and Todd Tongen to reveal some recipes on the Local 10 Morning News.
Chef Susser will present seminars on topics including "Tips for tasting drinking chocolate," and "Bean to Bar: The story of owning an organic farm in St. Lucia."
