A Miami man was charged with shooting a couple after an argument with the victims.
Emin Joel Rosales Ramirez was arrested Thursday morning. He is charged with attempted first-degree murder and possession of a firearm during commission of a felony.

The shooting happened at Northwest 52nd Street and 23rd Avenue about 8:30 p.m. last Saturday.
The victims, a husband and wife, were driving southbound on 23rd Avenue when Rosales Ramirez blocked their path by crossing in front of their vehicle, said Miami-Dade police. Rosales Ramirez and the driver got into an argument, and then Rosales Ramirez shot at the victims several times.
The victims were taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital and listed in critical condition.
Friends of the victims said Rosales Ramirez was looking for the couple's son.
