A 49-year-old man from Miami won $2 million in the Nov. 28th Powerball drawing.

Javier Diaz bought his winning ticket at the Winn-Dixie at 3805 NE 163rd Street in North Miami Beach.

Diaz is the second Florida player to claim a $2 million prize in Wednesday's $587.5 million drawing.
