Missing mom's kids will remain with grandparents

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -

A judge ruled Wednesday afternoon that the children of a missing Miramar woman will stay with their grandparents.

Last week, police arrested Cid Torrez and charged him with first degree murder, saying he killed his his missing wife, Vilet.

The judge also granted the state's request that Torrez should have no contact with the children.
