The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) said on Friday morning that it is sending an agent to investigate the death of a woman who fell into the Atlantic Ocean when her harness broke while parasailing.
The NTSB said it will assist the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission and U.S. Coast Guard in investigating the death of Kathleen Miskell, 28.
Miskell and her husband were vacationing in South Florida on Wednesday, when she plummeted hundreds of feet into the water off Pompano Beach.
