Norman Braman tops the list of the Top 10 Most Fascinating People.

A billionaire who puts his money where his mouth is, maybe Braman isn't the most popular guy, and maybe you don't agree with him, but you can't argue his influence.

Braman singlehandedly changed government in South Florida. Angry about how tax dollars were being spent, he used his own money to fund a recall election that tossed out Miami-Dade County Mayor Carlos Alvarez and Commissioner Natacha Seijas.

Angry over a stadium deal, Braman went to court.

Braman could be spending his golden years on his yacht in the south of France, but he's passionate about this community and has put public officials on notice: Waste our money, and you could be next.
