No. 7 on Local 10's list of the 10 most fascinating people of 2011 is someone most people don't know of, but most people do know about his plans for South Florida.

K.T. Lim is the chairman of the Genting Group. His company wants to build a mammoth casino in downtown Miami, already spending $400 million on land, even before the state approves his plans.

The billionaire from Malaysia is someone we will hear much more about in the year ahead, and he could change the face of South Florida.
