An 11-year-old boy is missing from his North Miami home .
North Miami police said the mother of Ishmyel Jean disciplined him Thursday for getting into trouble at school.
Jean was suppose to go to his grandmother's house, just a block from his home, but never arrived.
Police suspect foul play in Jean's disappearance.
