Plane with possible cabin pressure issue lands at MIA
No injuries reported
A plane landed at Miami International Airport on Thursday morning after a cabin pressure warning light came on.
American Airlines Flight 1585 left Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport on its way to Los Angeles, and the pilot saw a light indicating a possible pressurization problem come on.
The pilot decided to land in Miami as a precaution.
The oxygen masks on the plane were not deployed.
There were 143 passengers and six crew members on the plane at the time. No injuries were reported.
The plane made a safe landing, and crews examined it and deemed it safe. The flight will take off again for Los Angeles on Thursday afternoon.
