Police: Father, son die after house shooting

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. -

A father and son died and one person was injured in a house shooting in Miami Gardens Saturday, according to authorities.

Police said Jordan Copeland, 18, died at the scene and his father, Edwin Copeland, 37, died at the hospital after shots were fired at 17700 NW 14th Ave.

Denzel Flowers, 20, was being treated at Jackson Memorial Hospital, police said.

According to authorities, two suspects came out of their vehicle, fired shots with a high powered rifle and another firearm, and fled.

Investigators said they are looking for at least two men in a burgundy car, possibly a Grand Prix.
