Police: Mom arrested after child found wandering neighborhood

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. -

A mother was arrested Tuesday night after police found her toddler wandering alone in Miami Gardens.

Officers said they went door-to-door in this neighborhood, searching for the boy's parents. Authorities said they eventually located the 2-year-old's mother, who was unaware the child was missing. 

28-year-old Mathieu Anice has been charged with child neglect. She's being held on $5,000 bond.
