Police in Miami-Dade identified the three men shot during a drive-by shooting on Wednesday.
The shooting happened at Northwest 52nd Street and 22nd Avenue about 5:30 p.m.
According to Miami-Dade police, Gassno Owens, Cefalo Lewis, and James McMinns were standing outside a vacant building when at least one gunman fired from a car. Police believe the gunman used an AK-47 after rounds from the assault rifle were found at the scene.
Several firearms were recovered at the scene. It's unclear if the victims shot back at the car.
Owens, 29, died at the scene. Lewis, 28, and McMinns, 27, were both listed in stable condition.
A description of the getaway car was not immediately available.
