Police are hunting for two guys accused of targeting a disabled person.

Delray Beach Police said the two men you see in the above picture targeted the shopper at a Winn-Dixie store on South Military Trail on June 4.

Police said the thieves broke into the victim's car and stole a cell phone and handicap placard.

Detectives need your help identifying these guys.
