Police are searching for Carlos Mercado Marti, 64, who has been missing since Sunday.

According to investigators, Marti suffers from Alzheimer's disease. He was last seen leaving his home on the 43rd block of SW 128th Street driving a white 1990 Mazda MPV minivan, Florida license tag #Q743LT.

Marti has salt and pepper hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds.
