MIAMI – Miami Police are searching for a man who suffers from schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and chronic paranoia.
Yoel Santana was last seen at 3850 W. Flagler Street on Tuesday.

Santana was last seen wearing a beige polo shirt with red stripes and khaki pants.
