Sen. Bill Nelson is trailing in his bid for reelection, according to a brand new poll.

The Rasmussen Reports survey released today finds Republican challenger Connie Mack IV with 46 percent support among likely Florida voters.

Nelson, who is a Democrat, received 37 percent support.

7 percent prefer some other candidate and 10 percent are undecided.

The telephone survey was conducted on Monday and has margin of error of +/- 4.5 percent.

Rasmussen Reports polls traditionally favor Republican candidates.
