The Powerball jackpot has been growing for weeks and is now an estimated $240 million.

However that's not a record, far from it.

The largest Powerball jackpot was $365 million won back in 2006.

Still $240 million is still a healthy chunk of change.

The next drawing is Wednesday night and can be seen on Local 10 News at 11 p.m.

Powerball is played in 42 states, tickets are $2 each.
