SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. -

San Francisco drivers have the ability to text fellow drivers by license plate. The idea hopes to alert drivers to bad parking jobs, lights left on, or other driver errors.

Would this idea work in South Florida? Local 10 discussed with tech expert, Craig Agranoff.
