Health inspectors found roaches at Beany's Gourmet Cafe in Boca Raton. But it's not all bad news -- four Miami-Dade restaurants had perfect inspections last week.

Five Guys in Miami Beach, Goodway Coffee Shop in Miami, a Panera Bread in North Miami, and a Subway in Hialeah all had perfect inspections. Last week, no restaurants in Miami-Dade, Broward, or Monroe Counties were ordered shut by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation because of violations.

• “Critical. Observed dead roaches on premises......2 dead roaches inside unused true refrigerator( operator using like shelves ) by office...one dead roaches underneath preparation table in kitchen.”
• “Critical. Observed roach activity as evidenced by live roaches found.......11 live roaches , one underneath 3 compartment sink, one kitchen floor. One in the slicer .2 outside in unused reach cooler in kitchen ,6 or more( because they made a home ) in side unused reach in cooler in kitchen.”
• “Critical. Observed potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit......cheese, chicken, vegetable, tuna, 47 degrees. Food being held more than 4 hours. Stop sale issue.”
