Observed roach activity as evidenced by 14 + live roaches found in a food prep/storage room, which houses a reach-in cooler, bread and a food slicer. this room is 3 feet from the kitchen with no sealed door to separate this room from the kitchen. also found 6+ live roaches in the kitchen on shelves above the three compartment sink and underneath a food prep table."
