Reward issued after dog intentionally drowned in Florida Keys

A reward has been issued for information leading to an arrest after a dog was intentionally drowned in the Florida Keys.
Monroe County Sheriff's said the cocker spaniel was found in a cage in the water off Big Coppitt Key last Wednesday.
Deputies responded to the scene, pulled the cage from the water and recovered the 30-pound-dog.
On Monday, the Sheriff's department offered a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
