Student suspended after making 'gun' out of breakfast snack
7-year-old Josh Welch suspended 2 days
You were taught to never play with your food, now you know why.
A seven-year-old student in Baltimore was suspended from school last week after his teacher claimed he had shaped his breakfast snack to look like a gun.
Josh Welch, a second-grader at Park Elementary School, was hoping to craft his strawberry Pop Tart into a mountain, but the teacher claims he said "bang, bang" and pointed the pastry at another student in the classroom.
The school suspended Welch, who has attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), for two days
