Tax hike may halt care packages between Miami, Cuba

For the first time in more than 50 years a vessel has been traveling freely between the United States and Cuba, delivering care packages from family to family. The trip starts at the Miami River and ends in Cuba. But now a higher tax imposed by the Cuban government may bring the shipments to a standstill. Jen Herrera explains why.
