Train hits woman, breaks her arm

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. -

A train hit a woman in Hollywood, breaking her arm.

The incident happened on the TriRail tracks just north of Sheridan Street about 12:20 p.m. Thursday, according to the Hollywood Police Department.

Police say the train hit the woman, throwing her from the tracks.

It's not believed to be a suicide attempt, say police.
