Trial over professor's death to begin

Jury selection under way in Tundidor trial

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Jury selection took place Monday in the trial of a man accused of breaking into the home of a Nova Southeastern University professor and killing him. 

Randy Tundidor Jr. has already pleaded guilty in connection with the April 2010 killing of professor Joseph Morrissey. Now, he will testify in the trial of his father, Randy Tundidor Sr.

Randy Tundidor Sr. and his son are accused of forcing Morrissey and his wife to withdraw $500 from an ATM before stabbing Morrissey to death. 

Police said the pair was angry because Morrissey was going to evict them from their condo.
