URGENT - Israel Explosion

(CNN) -- Israeli authorities said there was an explosion in Tel Aviv near a bus, possibly in a car, on Thursday. Israel Police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld told CNN it appears to be the work of organized crime not a terror attack.
