Three family members leaving the Marlins game were killed when they were hit by a van.
The crash happened at Northwest 7th Street and 17th Avenue on Saturday shortly after the Marlins beat the Philadelphia Phillies.
Miami Fire Rescue said the 60-year-old driver hit a truck and then hit a group of pedestrians.
The group was visiting from Georgia and had just left the Marlins game.
Miami Fire Rescue said the driver of the van, a 14-year-old boy, a 13-year-old girl, and a 50-year-old woman were all killed.
A 10-year-old girl was taken to Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital. Her condition was not immediately released.
A man in his 50's was uninjured but was taken to the hospital because he was overwhelmed by the crash, said Fire Rescue.
Investigators believe the driver of the van had a medical condition prior to the crash.
