FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Two blocks of homes in Fort Lauderdale were evacuated Wednesday after workers accidentally cut a gas line.
The leak was reported at 3604 SW 13th Court.
Fire rescue officials said about 50 people were affected while crews worked to repair the line.
The gas leak has since been capped.
