Dwaynesha White, 22, and David Roberts were involved in an altercation at the store when police said White shot Roberts.

Roberts told police prior to the shooting, he called White and set up an appointment during which he would come to her home and have sex in exchange for money, according to the arrest affidavit.

Roberts said when White had gone into the bathroom after having sex, he left the home and began to walk home.

Police said Roberts was walking along Hollywood Boulevard when a vehicle pulled up in front of him. White had gotten out of the vehicle, approached Roberts and told him, "Give me the money or I'll shoot," according to the affidavit.

At that point, Roberts told police White did not have a gun, but he put up his hands with a wallet in one of them. That's when police said White grabbed his wallet and went back to the car.

Roberts told police White then retrieved a silver handgun and pointed it at him, saying an expletive and then, "...I'll shoot you." Police said White then shot Roberts on the right side of his abdomen.

Police said White took Roberts' wallet and its contents, which according to the affidavit were worth less than $300.

Hollywood Fire Rescue personnel took Roberts to Memorial Regional Hospital where he was in stable condition. He was later discharged from the hospital and directed police to where White had lived on Pierce Street, but police said she wasn't home at the time.

White was later found and taken into custody at her home by Hollywood police detectives. White told police she is a "call girl" and had been doing "in calls" all day, according to the affidavit. She was positively identified by Roberts as the woman who robbed and shot him.

White was charged with robbery with a firearm and crimes against a person. She was taken to the BSO County Jail.
