MIAMI - Victor Antonio Sanchez sat stone silent in a Miami courtroom as three women spoke publicly for the first time, describing how he allegedly molested them while working at an upscale Coconut Grove spa.
The hearing, which took place days before Sanchez's criminal trial, ended with the judge allowing two of the women to serve as witnesses in the third woman's case.
The women claim they were touched inappropriately and even fought off unwanted advances by Sanchez during what was supposed to be a deep tissue massage at the posh Tiano Salon & Spa.
"I asked him to stop and at one point physically pushed down his hands," described one woman, who is not being identified.
A second woman testified, "He worked his way down to my breasts."
The two women said the spa worker would gradually touch their privates and even tried to perform oral sex before they left the room in a hurry.
Sanchez responded to the allegations outside the court room, saying in Spanish, "I'm innocent."
All three women testified Sanchez would follow them out the massage room and stare at them as they quickly payed their bill in the waiting area and left.
Two of the women said they, "just needed to get out of there," and claimed they followed up by complaining to the salon. The alleged victims claim the salon brushed them off and did nothing to correct the problem, other than issue a refund.
A third woman, however, said she went to the police after her alleged encounter in February.
Sanchez's trial is set for Aug. 11.
Authorities told Local 10 News a civil suit has been filed against the spa.
