Bomb threat follows Coral Gables bank robbery

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – A bank robbery in Coral Gables transitioned to a bomb threat after the suspect reportedly left behind a suspicious package Friday afternoon.

Coral Gables Fire responded with a bomb squad to the Marquis Bank at 355 Alhambra Circle.

Authorities say there are no injuries on the scene and nothing has been found.

The FBI is investigating the bank robbery.
