Last Friday, Henderson walked into the bank at 300 E. Dania Beach Boulevard and claimed to have a bomb, according to the Broward Sheriff's Office. As he walked out of the bank, deputies met him outside.
When Henderson stopped listening to the deputies' commands, they shot him. A robot x-rayed the device strapped to his chest, and after deeming it was safe, two bomb technicians cut it off him.
Henderson remains hospitalized at the Broward Health Medical Center.
