According to the arrest affidavit, after she was unable to connect to the internet on his wife's laptop or his desktop computer, she said she found a file named "Porn" on his computer. The file had several videos and pictures, including one that showed him placing what she thought was a camera in her bedroom. That video later showed her naked.

The woman said she found at least three other videos of herself naked in her bedroom, according to the arrest affidavit. The woman copied the videos of her and two other videos she believed showed child pornography onto a USB drive, which she gave to investigators.

After executing a search warrant at Raber's home on Aug. 30, he admitted to downloading child pornography and recording videos of his roommate changing, according to the arrest affidavit.

Deputies then arrested Raber. He faces one count of video voyeurism and 17 child pornography charges. He is being held in the Paul Rein Detention Facility in Pompano Beach.
