ORLANDO, Fla. – A man who worked at Universal Orlando as "Captain America" was arrested after sending nude pictures to a 16-year-old, according to authorities.
Court documents show James Alton, 29, of Maitland, was arrested Thursday on charges of transmission of harmful materials to a minor by a computer, a third-degree felony.

According to the report, Alton met the teen in April while working at the theme park. The two started exchanging inappropriate text messages and were planning on meeting up on Friday.
Alton told investigators it was a bad decision, according to deputies.
Universal Orlando says that Alton has been suspended and will no longer be allowed in the park.
No other details were immediately available.
