Just before 6 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a house fire at 1223 NW 37th Street. A witness told police she saw Cenatus and Whitehurst break a window to get inside the home, ransack it, then throw Molotov cocktails at the house.

Cenatus tried running from officers before he was taken into custody, police said. Both men denied their involvement in the incident.
