According to an arrest report, the 16-year-old victim was approached at school Feb. 8 by the suspects, one of whom attacked the girl even though the victim did not want to fight.
Police said Dupree taunted the victim, inciting the attack.
While the victim was on the ground, Dupree punched her in the head and face while pulling her hair, the report said.
Police said she also kicked the victim in the face while the victim was being held down by one of the other teens.
The victim's right eye was bruised and swollen shut. She also suffered a split, bloody lip and facial and scalp contusions, police said.
The victim was taken to a hospital by her parents.
Police said Dupree was detained at the school and was found with pepper spray in her backpack.
The identities of the minors involved in the attack have not been released.
